Any Botanists out there???

So far this week I have been working out of our Canonmills Store helping with cover. This gave me the chance, today, to have a bit of a walk around the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh since i was so close (only 5 minutes walk).

I took a few shots but this was by far my favourite as i love the detail i have managed to capture on the petals. Only problem is, I have no idea what flower it is as I could not find the little card next to it. If anybody is able to help with the identification I would really appreciate it as I am wanting to learn.

May go back again tomorrow to try and find something else (if the weather is any good).
