Perry Wood on New Year's Day

New Year's Day 2013 - to blow away the cobwebs we went for a ramble around Perry Wood, near Faversham. It's one of our favourite spots and perfect for our unruly brood with plenty of space to explore, make dens, climb trees and roll down hills. Best time to visit is in winter and spring before it gets too overgrown. There's a lovely pub, The Rose & Crown, along the walk which is worth a visit.
