Yoga?

Rowena did actually manage to pressgang me in to doing yoga for a while, but after three terms with the beginners she made the mistake of moving me up to the intermediate class, at which point I cracked. The elevated status really got to me and I realised I didn't really know my ujjayi from my drishti.
