Copy Cat

Following our acquisition of the studio, my recent obsession with French film stars, Andy's self-portrait on Wednesday evening and my lack of a blip at 11.45pm, we decided to reproduce this stunning photo of Brigitte Bardot by Sam Levin.

It's a beautiful picture of a beautiful woman, and I know that our version doesn't compare but it was a lot of fun trying to get it.

The perfectionist in me is kicking myself for not getting the pose quite right and there are lots of little things I'd change (ironed backdrop anyone?). And if only I hadn't blown up the second light, we wouldn't have had to rely on just one and we might have been able to reproduce the lighting a bit better...but it's still a slightly more interesting blip than usual.

So this is what I do over Easter break instead of revision!
