Today as always is Tae-Kwon-do for Adam followed by beavers for Lucy.

Tonight Adam found out that his instructor is 2012 British and world tae-kwon-do champion. Adam is very proud to be being taught by the best in the world, and now wants to be as good as Pete.

Everyone needs something to aim for.
