My Italian pork chops

I had an awful nights sleep again last night and was up early to go to work. When I got to work I found out it was my half day so I finished at lunch time. The morning knackered me out as I am still feeling a little unwell so it was quite nice to be going home after half a days work but it also means that I am now working 4 long days without any break between which I think is really going to take its toll on me as today really did after being so ill.

When I came home I had a rest, mum took the puppies out for a walk but left Harry with me as he was a little unwell this morning and wanted a cuddle with me.

This evening I cooked these pork chops I got from the butchers. I made my Italian sauce and served them with veg and potato!
