Alex

I know this is a truly awful photo but this is Alex. I met him the first week of this year, he's on my course, and he's one of those people who you just keep bumping into all over the place.

He's really awesome because he's always smiling and he's so kind, so after I bumped into him in Smack the other night, he sent me a rather lovely message on Facebook and we decided to go out for coffee today, which was a lot of fun.

I love having more Northern friends! And Alex was great, we just got on really well and he made me laugh a lot so it was really nice to just have the chance to relax and get to know someone new.

At the risk of sounding like a child, I love making new friends.
