A lie in followed by an afternoon of working. Another essay down!

This evening I went out with these lovely ladies! (Henrietta - left, Marloes - right). It's been lovely getting to know these two, and we've had some exciting adventures together here in Berlin. Tonight was no exception. Going to miss them, for sure!

I met them both at their flat and we headed to Alex's (a friend of Marloes') for drinks, chatter and laughs. I really enjoyed myself and it felt great to be speaking German practically all night! Following this we headed out to a club (one of the most renowned in Berlin I believe). It was really cold waiting in the queue outside, but unlike the students in Newcastle, people actually wear coats when they go out here in Berlin, so it was fine. Sense 1- 0 Hypothermia. Sadly, when I got to the front of the line, it transpired that you had to be 21 to get in! So Henrietta and I headed home together. It was a bit of a shame as I was in the mood to dance, but hey ho!
