Lightroom day

Nothing special produced today I'm afraid. As I've been unable to get out and about I have spent some time reading up on Lightroom 4 which I use to catalogue over 25,000 images. At the moment they are all in one catalogue and I have been looking at how best to separate them into years, subjects etc.

How do you manage your images?
