Gingerbread House

My daughters entertained themselves by making a gingerbread house as a table centrepiece. It turned out quite well.

The trick here is to get the baking time right so that it's firm enough to stand up but not too hard to eat. Unfortunately, structural rigidity took priority here. It is probably edible - but only for those with titanium teeth.
