Carrot Cake

There are two things that God allowed out of the Garden of Eden.....Haggis and Carrot Cake!
Today was a bit of an indulgance day as we had visitors and as my bakery skills don't match my curry making skills I decided that a shop bought carrot cake was the order of the day.
I was surprised that this one was so moist and tasty as I'd got it from the petrol station at the end of the road.
