Daisy in curlers

Last night we had our first hard frost. The michaelmas daisies have been unaffected by the lighter frosts but this one caused the petals to curl. From a distance the flowers looked pretty pathetic but up close they look very unique. They remind me of of a person who has just taken out hair curlers.
