woke up to this view...

...but promptly went back to bed as feeling bleugh. hot, cold, snuffly, aching, bleugh. am really hoping paracetamol, tea and a day under the downie will sort me out. can't remember the last time i had to take a sick day from work though - feels weird to watch trashy daytime tv - it is awful!

re the photo - the plane 'trail' was an amazing colour - so glad i practically have my camera surgically attached to me :-)
