Darkness...

Came home to see this parked up in the shadows opposite the house... It would appear that Blue Diamond allow there drivers somwhwat more freedom than NXWM, in that they can park up and go to the chippy for their break! They also have fewer inspectors, no radios and are rarely monitored by DQMs (the equivalent of mystery shoppers)...

...in all honesty, you can give me fewer hours and a higher rate of pay any day! Thank you NXWM! Today for example, I've only worked 5 hours for what works out at roughly £15/hour!
