Goat races hat

Today was the day of the Royal Ascot Goat Races in Kampala - known as the most "elite" event of the year. Thousands of people meet out at the lake in their best outfits and, more importantly, hats, to bet on which goat will finish first around the ring. It was a grand time this year, with many of our friends joining us and donning any hat we could snag up.

I spotted this lady in the crowd and wanted her picture so badly, so I walked around, trying to track her down. Meanwhile, she was called on stage to accept her prize for best hat!
