Bagpipe incongruity

Not a sound I usually associate with Leicester. But this man was playing his heart out for help for heroes on Gallowtree Gate this morning. When I heard that intoxicating sound I imagined, for a moment, I were on Dundee's Reform Street with Desperate Dan statue in the distance.... Sadly rather less evocative and rather more incongruous on Leicester's main shopping street.
