Full Power

A really relaxing Sunday with nothing on for a change.

We found ourselves up and out fairly early for breakfast, followed by a bit of shopping and then a couple of hours to do what we each enjoy. FW & Bob in the sea whilst I walked around taking pictures.

FW hurt her knee getting out of the kayak and passed comment to me it was really sore. Bob whilst getting ready to launch herself from the beach piped up "Do you want me to slap you in the face as this will get rid of the pain". After delivering this line she pushed off and I burst out laughing. She's her father's daughter apparently.

An opportunity has presented itself to me today and I've not got to decide if the cost/ effort involved is worth it - nothing ventured nothing gained.
