Waiting :/
Today we had to wait for 4 hours for a bus driver to turn up, to take us to the starting point for the trek. I was deputy leader today, so I phoned up Nico (the tour guide) to find out some information, and he said that he just wasn't there! You just would not get that in the UK, but situations like that make Tanzania so special.
The bus journey up the livingstone mountains was long and bumpy, however the views were amazing. It was great :)
However the campsite was COLD.
AND I HAD NO HAT, SCARF OR ANYTHING! :'(
Oh, but there is phone signal here, 2000 metres up, which is quite funny because in the lake district, you go up 1500ft and it all goes away :/
And there are still vodacom adverts everywhere, advertising that a text costs 25 shillings and facebook and twitter are free. They also seem desperate for you to dial *150*00# for some reason :S
