Coffee and a Scone in Ripon

Day one of my journal. Spent a lovely day yesterday in York with my dear wife. Came home the long way round via Ripon and Richmond. After coffee and a scone at the first stop I decided to start gathering some stunning shots to show my skill with the camera. This was my first attempt, a warm up shot as we approached the Cathedral. It proved to be a good learning experience - If you intend to take more than one photo make sure the camera's battery is charged up. Oh well it can only get better.
