I have to admit, I tend to find regular Mexicana a bit weak, but then I found this bad-boy when we were up in Bury-St-Edmunds. Mexicana Extra-Hot. It's pretty powerful, but has a gorgeous smoked-paprika flavour. I think I might even prefer this to Red-Hot-Dutch (another powerful chill-cheese).

I'll have to check the deli-counter next time I'm shopping to get some more.
