Glorious Struggle

Was at a pole dance workshop for intermediate and advanced spins today. Saw this lovely sign on the wall of the studio (artist is Jennifer Pugh, I believe).  Great motivation for today's workshop as it was quite a struggle to get some of the moves, but great satisfaction when they came off.  A massive thank you to Yve Rice for suggesting it and Donna Gant for the amazing workshop.
