Yum!

Two hours after leaving Breaston, and the worst bit of the journey over (though only a quarter of it) felt ready for a break. Haven't called here before but definitely hope to again. Mainsgill Farm and coffee shop on the A66 near Richmond is amazing! Their lemon drizzle cake was superb and I was served such a generous helping it kept me going for the rest of the journey. Also bought some great local meat and just had the sausages. Can recommend!
Left parents' at 9am, arrived home 4.45pm. A great trip in dry sunny weather with not too many eejits on the road.
Enjoyed my visit and time with Ma & Da, but it's good to be home.
