Sandstorm in My Shoe...

...was what I found after my training run tonight. Gloriously warm but windy on the prom and on the return loop, we got a blast of micro-dermabrasion. Seriously, people pay for the exfoliation we got for free.

And I need some new runners too. Feels like I'm running barefoot. Ugh.
