Double Yoker

When I was a child we spent many holidays at an aunt's house in East Sussex.  Every day we would have a fried breakfast and be delighted at the number of "double yokers" that would appear..  This represented real country living to us townies.
I don't know if it is me but I have rarely seen one since.  I was therefore delighted to find one this morning.  What a treat.
