Christmas Sweets

Still have plenty of sweets left.

Had a brand new bike at Spin Class today, this one had lights on it that light up when you are working hard.  It decides this by your age & sex and sensors.  Mine went shining red almost straight away, so next time I use it I will take 15 years off my age to try to stay in the green.
