Tea time

Zero time devoted to todays photo.  I didn't even look,  just pointed it behind me and fired.  So it may be bad, but it could have been worse.

Today was the first time we tried having our tea all together on a work night.  And I liked it.  Ghengis wouldn't sit still for a single second,  but I still liked it.

30 mins on the cross trainer.  Day done.

you:  it'll take you more than 30 minutes
me:  I suspect it will take me more than 30 years
you: may as well just give up now then 
me:  no.  I have another target
you: ooh,  a new years resolution 
me:  no. A target.
you:  at the start of new year.  So a new years resolution
me:  whatever.  
you:  and it is
me:  I'm going to do a sub 22min 5k
you: hahahahah dream on.  And now you've written it your going to look even more of a muppet than usual when you haven't done it next christmas.
