THE LARCH

And now for.... a touch of the pythonesque. Allow me to introduce you to THE LARCH! Not just any larch, but the larch grown by our 3 year old grandson from seeds he shook loose from a larch cone. We put the seeds in the freezer for a week to help with the germination. The seedlings are only about 2 cm high and it has taken them about six weeks to reach that dizzy height. Grandson not terribly impressed. At three years of age, beans and sunflowers make more impact.
