Second pizza from scratch!
A month ago, I made my first attempt which turned out fine. Today, I tried it again. It was also fine. I tried a different dough recipe. It too was a whole wheat dough but from the Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook. It took a lot longer but was easier to work with and fluffed up more. Toppings were more or less the same. No cheddar this time. Just mozzarella. I chopped up a leftover pineapple ring and added that to Linda's half. Delish!
