Sadly doesn't griddle as nicely as its cousin, halloumi. The nice brown bits are supposed to be on the cheese not the pan! :(

Threw it in a veggie Thai red curry (which is slightly overcooked!) to 'beef it up' veggie style. Will use marinated tofu next time me thinks!
