Chicken Tikka Madras (24/366)

My wife had a Zumba class tonight, so there's a little more time to prepare dinner. Helps with marinades. Plus, there's an episode of Masterchef to look forward to when she comes home.

Tonight's dinner then is chicken marinated tikka-style in Madras paste mixed with yoghurt, then grilled. The remainder of the marinade makes the sauce with some softened onions, and it's served on a disc of rice cooked in spiced chicken stock.
