Kermit and friends

It's been a nothing-much-happening kind of day. As Ant wasn't feeling very well and went back to bed for a midday nap, I took advantage to get ahead with some work I was going to do tomorrow. I still have some work left over for the morning, but I may still get out of the house too, which would be a treat :)

With few photo opportunities, I decided it was time to bring out Kermit, who I've had in reserve as an emergency blip for a while. The fact he has only one eye also acts as a good way of telling you that I too am still broken, as my back hasn't sorted itself out since Thursday. Anyway, I debated blipping Fozzie and Miss Piggy another time but decided that it was a shame to break them up. These are actually soaps from 1977. The hoarding collecting bug was already well developed at the tender age of six years, with soaps, as well as badges, just a couple of examples of my early obsessions collections. I only have a few novelty soaps left over from back then, but I do still tend to acquire mini soaps from hotels *cough*
