A Tea Party . . .
. . . at her desk.
Larkyn has an old school desk that we received from some friends and she loves sitting at it, playing, reading, etc. Up and down, up and down, she's constantly moving. She has also started playing "tea party," setting up all the little cups she can find on the desk, feeding her stuffed animals, then she'll transfer everything to a box on the other side of the room, then back. She is also at a stage in which playing is VERY important to her. She used to come right away when I called her to come eat or come with me upstairs, but now she's so busy with her play that she doesn't want to stop. I think if we'd allow her, she'd play for hours and hours without stopping to eat real food. Who needs it, when you're having such fun tea parties all day?
I stil can't justify taking the time away from my work to visit journals, so I apologize, once again, for not commenting. I miss you all so much and hate that I'm missing so much, but I just can't right now.
I've also backblipped yesterday, if you'd like to see Larkyn's new "shoes."
