Up in smoke

A lazy day at home today catching up on my reading pile - Thursday, Friday and Saturday's papers - some pages of which then went 'up in smoke' in the log burning stove...

Cooked the latest 'favourite' casserole for the Family - slow cooked pork shoulder with Dijon mustard and crème fraîche. I would share the link with you all, but as a newbie with an 'L' plate, I can't ;-)

Oh, and accompanied by tiny diced roast potatoes, as apparently, size matters...
