Pork by Kylie

I don't usually cook pork but I did tonight - a Kylie Kwong recipe. So there were a few of the usual Kylie ingredients (shao hsing and soy sauce to name a couple). It doesn't look like much but I really enjoyed it. Maybe more pork in the future?
