It SHOULD be Autumn...

Another amazing day weatherwise. I woke up super-early again, so managed to get over to Broadstairs by 9.15am. They're holding their Food & Drink Festival this weekend, and excellent it was too.

Some interesting stalls, and I came away with Plum & Star Anise Jelly, marinades from The Ambrette in Margate, and some Lavender Chutney. I also had a spot of lunch from the Ambrette stall - if you're ever down this way, that is THE place to go for an absolutely stunning Indian meal.

These were on one stall and looked rather colourful and autumnal - even if it really isn't! Was really warm in Broadstairs, and as I walked along the sea front I could feel my skin prickling. Had to stop to put some more sunblock on, much to the amusement of a little boy who was passing at the time. Not quite sure what was so funny about that, but if it made him happy...!!
