Jimmy the Lamb Man
Went on a voyage of discovery today on behalf of Crail Food Festival. We're already planning 2012's Festival for 15 - 17 June 2012.
Hopped on a train down to Berwick-upon-Tweed to attend their Slow Food Berwick Food Festival.
One of the food demos was on how to cut up a lamb, ably demonstrated by Jimmy the Lamb Man. His skills were quite incredible and the quality of the meat he carved looked superb.
