Foz de Lizandro beach

The Atlantic-facing beaches here have good surf, and as they're only a few miles from Lisbon they get much busier than the huge empty beach at Salgado further north.

This beach (= mouth of the River Lizandro) was just a couple of miles from our villa. In the distance is the fishing port-tourist resort of Ericeira.
