Elevensies

Late elevensies. This is part of my second breakfast, being prepared at nearly noon! I'm behind schedule today. A lot! Oh well. Got lots done.

I try to eat a biggish second breakfast after working out at gym. And today I really need it. That was a hard work out! My glutes are going to be killing me in a day or so. And my shoulders too, I suspect.

Well, that's okay. I like the work out.

The food included two eggs, sunny side up and two pieces of toasted German style rye bread. Hmmmm..... (Oh, and that bacon is maple smoked, it's a heavenly aroma and a wonderful flavour!).

No wonder I don't actually lose any weight! :/
