Abstract

Well, I almost blipped a photo of Larkyn pointing to two trash bins (both arms out in both directions) on our street, but two things kept me from it:

1. ReliantRobin blipped some wonderful rubbish bins for Larkyn today, and ours just aren't as easy on the eyes. So please look at hers. Also, if you click on the link in her journal today, you're in for quite a view of the riots in Edinburgh! Don't miss it!

2. The Tip of the Day in HorrigansBefore's journal today was about using out of focus bits in the foreground to frame a subject. This is something I haven't felt really comfortable doing in the past, so after reading it, Larkyn and I went outside and I thought I'd try it out. Not quite sure I got it - seems a bit distracting, but it's a try!

Oh, and in the 60 seconds (or less) that I spent, snapping Larkyn sitting by the flowers next to our front walk, she massacred about 7 of my Asters . . . dangerous little lady! :-)
