Working at the computer when all of a sudden this little feather came floating through the open window and perched itself very gently on the corner of my bookcase. It balanced there for a few minutes, but when I went into the kitchen to make myself a cup of tea and came back, it was gone.

What a great start to an otherwise rather dreich day.
