Tarty Focus

The Focus Cayo gots a tarty makeover this morning, white Mavic Ksyrium wheels, SRAM Force chainset, Ultegra cassette and a white KMC chain, all ready for this years sportive and training rides.

The rest of the day was spent putting speed (elastic) laces into my running shoes, buying a tri suit and trialling it in the pool then practicing transitions once I got home, tomorrow, I do my first triathlon.
