Rising sun

Japanese people have been very open on Twitter about their experiences following the quake. These snippets of what moved them and touched them during these very trying times are heart-warming.

Please continue to pray for the people in Japan.

Message to child
Tomorrow my father will be dispatch to the Nuclear power plant of Fukushima. I heard that my father volunteered. He will be retiring in six months. I neared to tears. "The future of nuclear power plant vary depending on our response. We have a sense of mission." At home I always feel my father is unreliable, but i am not proud of my father as today. I pray to come home safely.

Important than snacks
A child holding a snack, waiting for his turn in queue at cash register. When it was almost his turn, he looked at the register then he looked like he was pondering for a moment. Then he put the money he had to buy a snack into a donation box and returned the snack he was going to buy, to the shelf, and left the store. Cashier said "Thank you" to his back in a quavering voice.

A bright future
An old man spilled out "What's going to happen next?" A young boy, probably in high-school, sitting next to the old man replied, "It's okay. Hang on for just a little while. When we grow up, I swear we will fix everything back together again." The boy kept rubbing the old man's back.

Biggest hope
My two year old was putting his shoes on himself saying "I'm going to go arrest the Earthquake!" I realized that inside a tiny body, there is a lot of courage and Justice. Everyone, lets stand strong and get through this.

M9.0 marks it as the biggest earthquake ever. Let us mark our love and energy to reconstruct as the biggest ever.
