Keys
Listening to the radio today and a security expert was talking about keys, and how they are so important to us. What he also said was that we don't respect them as much as we should.
He was talking about crime prevention and how these days, criminals don't want to simply break and enter into your home. They'd try their best to get the keys to anything of value and then do the crime whether its stealing a vehicle or raiding someone's home. His advice was to take as few keys out as possible when we go out, and never put your name or address on a keyring.
And never leave them in a handbag or carry them loosely in your hand. He also pointed out that the old "key under the plant pot" is the worst thing someone can do. Criminals are looking for easier ways to commit crime, if they have your keys then they can come and go as they please.
This all sounds obvious but many people still do it.
The keys you see here are for mailboxes. These mailboxes contain bags of mail for a section of a delivery. There are three keys here but today I only used two of the three boxes available to me.
