Aspens

If I had been able to take a photo of the stuff they pumped into my new ski boots at the Surefoot shop that would have been my blip today - unfortunately I was otherwise occupied. My old ski boots were fine on undemanding slopes but too loose on bumps (moguls) and chopped up slopes. Surefoot put me in a boot 1.5 sizes smaller....so far, so good and I'm really hoping that this is the answer. I do have small, wide feet with very high insteps so I guess it's not surprising that standard boots don't seem to suit me.

Anyway, this is a photo of the lovely aspen trees which populate this area.
