On Reflection

It really felt like winter left us today. It will probably still rain sometime soon, and no doubt the winds will have one last gasp. But the air was warmer, and people down in the harbour were preparing for the new season. Spring was in the air.

Tonight, the water is calm, and only the distant sound of a moped breaks the silence.
